This is a spacious 4BHK house located in one of the clean and green localities in Chennai. Our architects have designed it with an office and a small manufacturing unit in ground floor as per our client requirement. We are individual house builders in Chennai and we have designed this house in such a way that it can recycle the waste water without electricity(even the water that comes out of the small manufacturing unit). We have used AAC blocks for this project. We are also implementing smart home automation devices such as controlling of electrical appliances (light, fan, TV, Air conditioner etc.)that can be done through a smartphone itself.
